- When you order a Home Information Pack (HIP) from us we will arrange for the energy inspection
of you property at a time that suits you. On the day of the inspection we will take payment for the
pack and issue you with a 'letter of confirmation'. This letter of confirmation allows you (or your
estate agents) to begin marketing your property straight away. The majority of our packs are then
completed within one week.
- Energyreporter Ltd is a registered member of the 'HIPcode'. It is the industry standard and
ensures best practice.
- Once complete you will be issued with your own bound paper copy of the HIP free! You will also
be emailed a link that will enable you to view the pack here on our website. Additional hard copies
of the packs are available for £10.00
- Any questions about the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or about the contents of the pack
can be answered by our office. No call centres just a fast, personal and professional service.
